- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes — R0 forever. You get secure browser-to-storage transfers with no per-file size cap, 20 GB of storage, unlimited transfers, group shares, optional passwords and 14-day links. No card required to start.
- What do I get when I upgrade?
- Paid plans unlock the Drive — virtual folders to keep and organise files, in-app preview, refreshable links, longer link lifetimes (up to 90 days on Pro, 365 on Business) and public file-drop links. Team and Business add seats, a shared workspace, custom branding and a signed POPIA data-processing agreement.
- How long do download links last?
- You choose, up to your plan maximum: 14 days on Free, up to 90 days on Pro and Team, and up to 365 days on Business. On paid plans you can refresh a link anytime, so a share never has to go stale before you are ready.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account settings — you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account simply returns to Free. No lock-in.
- How am I billed?
- In rand, with 15% VAT included, through our South African payment gateway — by card or Instant EFT. Choosing annual billing gives you two months free versus paying monthly.
